The Role:

We are looking for an Office Administrator to join a dynamic construction team in Mexborough. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a keen eye for detail. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the estimating team by preparing, reviewing, and organising information required for project bids and proposals.

If you have good planning experience, attention to detail and a cracking personality - we want to speak to you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging Jobs onto excel spreadsheets
  • Answering phones
  • Staff holiday Planning
  • General administration (filing, scanning, filling in permits & other paperwork etc)
  • New starter forms
  • Ensure all vehicles have valid Tax and MOT certificates
  • Book vehicles in for mot-service-repairs and drop/collection vehicles from garage
  • Sort all parking and speeding fines, toll bridges and other additional expenses
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Arrange exchanges on both the mixed waste and metal skip at the yard (training provided)
  • Updating client portals
  • Ad-hock tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent numerical and mathematical skills.
  • A proactive, “switched-on” approach to tasks.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
