We’re expanding due to continued growth and are looking for a friendly, organised and driven Office Administrator to join us full-time in our Burnley office. With a competitive salary up to £26,000, on-site parking, and the chance to work in a team that’s driving sustainable change in the Eco sector through government-backed energy efficiency schemes this is an opportunity to grow your career while making a real impact.

At EnergySmart, we’re specialists in delivering energy efficiency upgrades through the ECO4 scheme making homes warmer, greener, and more affordable to run. From our Burnley HQ, our close-knit team works together to navigate complex regulations and keep things simple and smooth for our customers.

£23,850–£26,000 per year depending on experience

Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (In-office, Burnley)

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly:

● Managing internal and external communications (calls, emails, etc.)

● Ensuring timely and accurate completion of ECO4 documentation and compliance records

● Supporting the leadership team with general administration

● Liaising with clients and installers to keep projects on track

● Maintaining well-organised files and systems

What We’re Looking For

We’re not just looking for experience, we’re looking for the right attitude:

● Previous experience in an administrative or support role

● Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

● Confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach

● Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to new systems quickly

● Happy to work in a varied, hands-on role where you will support multiple areas of the business

● Understanding of the ECO4 scheme is preferable, though not essential as full training will be provided.
