Position: Administrative Office Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized Administrative Office Assistant to support the daily operations of our business. This full-time, office-based role offers an excellent opportunity for someone eager to gain experience in a dynamic and growing company.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Support the senior leadership team with various projects and tasks.
  2. Manage incoming and outgoing calls.
  3. Assist with managing and maintaining company assets.
  4. Coordinate accommodation and travel arrangements within the UK and Europe.
  5. Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  6. Attend meetings and events to take accurate minutes.
  7. Order equipment and create purchase orders as needed.
About You
  • Possess A-Levels or equivalent qualifications.
  • Previous experience in an office support or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and able to think independently.
  • Highly disciplined and organized.
