Job Details
  • Location: East Grinstead (may require travel to other locations)
  • Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week, between 07:30 – 18:00, on a rota basis
  • Reporting To: Workplace Team Leader

The Role

This position involves providing administrative support, managing documents, facilities, and client interactions to ensure smooth workplace operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Document Processing & Admin Support: Copying, scanning, data transfer, mail handling, file management, and preparing access credentials.
  2. Facilities Management: Maintaining office information, supervising contractors, supporting safety procedures, and ensuring a tidy environment.
  3. Client & Workplace Support: Greeting visitors, managing meeting rooms and bookings, supporting IT setup, and assisting with internal events.
  4. General Duties: Performing ad hoc tasks and providing flexible coverage across locations as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar administrative role within professional services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.
