A leading company in Cullompton is seeking an administrative professional to support various office functions, including invoice processing, stock management, and fleet oversight. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, particularly in MS Office and Sage 50, and proven experience in a similar role. This on-site position offers regular hours and a chance to contribute to a dynamic team.

Generate and process sales invoices accurately and timely.
Address any discrepancies and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Timesheet Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and analyse employee timesheets.
Prepare detailed reports on hours worked and project allocations.
Stock Control & Liaising with VDS (Venture Diary Services) Stores:
Monitor and manage inventory levels.
Coordinate with VDS stores to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
SWDS (Southwest Diary Services) Fleet Management:
Oversee the maintenance and scheduling of the company fleet.
Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
General Office Duties:
Perform a variety of administrative tasks including ordering stationery, managing office supplies, and ensuring the office is well-organised.
Act as the front-of-house contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
Breakdown Coordinator:
Manage and coordinate breakdowns, ensuring contract engineers are dispatched promptly to attend to customer needs.
Maintain accurate records of breakdown incidents and resolutions.
Ad-hoc:
Provide support to Senior Management Accountant to help cover for absences in the team.
Office hours – 5 days a week on site
Monday to Thursday – 8:15am – 17:00
Friday – 8:15am – 16:00
Your Profile / Qualifications
Computer literacy – Proficient in MS Word and Excel is essential.
Sage 50 experience is preferred for processing invoices and managing accounts.
Experience in a similar administrative role is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to liaise effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
Strong self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
