Job summary

Ampa Group is seeking a proactive Workplace Coordinator in Crawley to create a seamless, welcoming experience for clients and colleagues. You will host guests, support meetings, and keep client spaces organised and professional, contributing to a polished and efficient office environment.

You’ll manage bookings, support events and inductions, coordinate with IT and other teams, and may travel to other offices as needed, all while embracing flexible/agile working arrangements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar workplace or client-facing role (ideally in professional services).
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital workplace tools.
  • Strong organisation skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly welcome clients and colleagues, creating an exceptional first impression; follow visitor management processes and liaise with building reception.
  • Set up meeting rooms with layouts, technology, and refreshments; ensure spaces are tidy, stocked and presentable.
  • Support office logistics, equipment setups, minor moves, and stock management; maintain high standards of housekeeping and environmental practices.
  • Report maintenance, H&S, or facilities issues promptly.
  • Manage meeting room and car park bookings; handle mail, couriers, printing, scanning and document finishing; assist with events, inductions, and new starter onboarding; liaise with IT and other teams to ensure smooth meetings; travel to other offices as required.

The Role

What you will be doing:
Client & Visitor Experience
