Ampa Group is seeking an entry-level Client Contact assistant based in Birmingham. You will be the first point of contact for potential and existing clients and help deliver a friendly, professional service across phone, email, live chat and online enquiries.
Full training and support will be provided, with hybrid working and clear pathways to develop skills in client service, relationship management, and cross-team collaboration.
