Job Title: Office Administrator


Location: Coventry City Centre


Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum DOE


Contract: Permanent, Full Time (Monday to Friday, 9-5)



The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent time management and prioritisation skills. You should possess outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, along with exceptional organisational skills. A passion for supporting others and a proactive, flexible approach in a fast-paced environment are essential.


Your new role involves:



  • Handle telephone inquiries and assist clients with basic queries, collaborating with courts, the Home Office, third parties, and colleagues.

  • Manage various administrative tasks, including emails, filing, scanning, faxing, and dispatching post.

  • Monitor casework allocation and maintain spreadsheet management.

  • Prepare correspondence and documents efficiently.

  • Open and close files on our case management system.

  • Book appointments and manage diaries for colleagues.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members.



Is this you?



  • Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office, email, and internet navigation.

  • Capable of managing multiple responsibilities and setting priorities effectively.

  • Demonstrates a strong commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding practices.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
