Job description

Engineering FM Services with its main office near Liverpool, is actively looking for an Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant to join a rapidly expanding team and work in conjunction with the operations team, ensuring that all departments and technical teams receive a continued high level of administration service and delivery at all times.

Key duties for the Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant include:-

  • Working alongside the operations department preparing reports and presentations
  • Ensuring that all filing and reports are collated to project agreements and any issues are dealt with in a professional manner.
  • Updating and maintaining a comprehensive list of all data on the internal computer system.
  • Supporting other areas of the business using various administrative skills and experience.

To apply for the Office Administrator or Administrative Assistant position, the successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of commercial experience in a similar field, demonstrate a strong academic background and have a real eye for detail.
