Job summary

Co-op Digital in Manchester is looking for an Office 365 Change and Adoption Analyst to help shape how colleagues adopt and gain value from Microsoft 365 and related tools. The role offers hybrid working, with one day in the Manchester office each week, and a salary of £42,000 to £47,000 plus great benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of Office 365 applications and services.
• Good understanding of change management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and feedback.
• Good presentation skills and able to deliver training.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across the business, up to senior level.
• Ability to prioritise work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Release Manager to develop and deliver adoption strategies, communications, and engagement plans.
• Create, publish, and coordinate clear communications about projects and changes.
• Design and deliver training, workshops, and resources for Office 365 and Power Platform.
• Provide ongoing user support and guidance.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations to identify risks and opportunities to improve adoption.
• Manage and grow the Office 365 Champions Network.
• Gather and analyse user feedback and performance data for improvement.
• Use dashboards and insights to monitor adoption and delivery progress.
