Job summary

Co-op in Manchester is seeking an Office 365 Change & Adoption Analyst to help drive the adoption of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related collaboration tools across the organisation. You will design adoption strategies, deliver communications, run training, and analyse data to improve user experience.

You will work with colleagues across the business to influence technology initiatives and ensure users gain value from available tools, delivering engaging communications and practical

Qualifications

• Experience with Office 365 applications and services.
• Strong understanding of change management principles and practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to translate complex tech info.

Responsibilities

• Support adoption strategies, communications, and engagement plans for Office 365 and related tools.
• Create, publish and coordinate clear communications for projects and changes.
• Design and deliver training, guidance materials, and resources for Office 365 and Power Platform.
• Provide ongoing user support and ensure solutions meet colleague needs.
• Collaborate with Technical Operations to assess impact and mitigations for changes.
• Manage and grow the Office 365 Champions Network.
• Analyse user feedback and metrics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Use dashboards and insights to monitor adoption and delivery progress.
