Responsibilities

• Support change management initiatives for Microsoft 365, Copilot and AI-enabled ways of working.
• Develop clear communications, campaigns and stakeholder updates.
• Contribute to training materials, user guides and adoption sessions.
• Assist with process mapping and basic process re-engineering for automation opportunities.
• Collaborate with consultants and client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate insights into adoption activities.
• Support discovery, content creation, testing and demos for AI and Copilot projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates.
