Computacenter is seeking an Offensive Security Service Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cyber security services. You will coordinate penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements from request to completion while aligning delivery plans with customers, project teams, and third-party partners.

The role emphasises governance, risk management, and continuous service improvement, ensuring high-quality security assurance activities and efficient, scalable operations

• Experience delivering cyber security or professional services engagements.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and workload management skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across levels.
• Ability to coordinate with customers and third-party suppliers; risk and governance experience.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Offensive Security services.
• Coordinate penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements from request to completion.
• Manage engagement planning, scheduling, milestones, resource allocation, and delivery priorities.
• Act as the primary operational contact for project teams, service managers, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage the offensive security demand pipeline and support capacity planning.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers to ensure service delivery.
• Oversee governance, risk, issues, reporting, and service metrics.
• Support audit, compliance, and assurance activities with documentation.
• Drive continual service improvement and automation initiatives across the function.
