Job summary

Computacenter in Greater London is seeking an Offensive Security Service Delivery Manager within GIS Cyber to oversee the delivery of offensive security services, including penetration testing, red teaming and purple team engagements. You will coordinate planning, governance, and stakeholder communications while enabling security specialists to focus on assurance activities.

The role requires strong service delivery experience and the ability to manage multiple workstreams across internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security consultancy or professional services.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and workload management skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Offensive Security services.
• Coordinate penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements from request to completion.
• Manage engagement planning, milestones, resources, and delivery priorities.
• Act as the primary operational contact for project teams, customers, and partners.
• Manage the Offensive Security demand pipeline with capacity planning.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers for service delivery.
• Oversee governance, risk, issues, reporting, and service metrics.
• Support audit, compliance, and assurance activities while maintaining docs.
• Drive continual service improvement, process optimisation, and automation.
