Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager to oversee the operational management and governance of Offensive Security services across multiple sites, coordinating with security specialists, project teams, customers and partners.

You will ensure penetration testing, red and purple team engagements are delivered efficiently, enabling specialists to focus on assurance activities and continuous improvement. This is a high-impact, security-focused leadership role.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cyber security services, consultancy, or professional services.
• Strong service delivery planning, scheduling, and workload management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of internal and externally delivered Offensive Security services.
• Coordinate penetration testing, red team, and purple team engagements from request through to completion.
• Manage engagement planning, scheduling, milestones, resource allocation, and priorities.
• Act as the primary operational contact for project teams, service managers, customers and partners.
• Manage the Offensive Security demand pipeline, supporting capacity planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate internal resources and third-party suppliers for service delivery success.
• Oversee governance, risk management, issue resolution, reporting and metrics.
• Support audit, compliance and assurance activities while maintaining documentation.
