Sterling Recruitment Solutions based in Central Birmingham is seeking an experienced Off-Plan Sales Consultant to join a small, dynamic team. You will sell luxury off-plan properties to high-net-worth individuals, build relationships, and work with internal teams to deliver tailored investment solutions.

You will meet targets with a focus on high-value transactions. The ideal candidate brings proven off-plan sales in luxury markets, strong communication, negotiation and closing abilities, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in off-plan property sales, preferably in the luxury market.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.
