Job summary

Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Leadership & Organisational Development Officer to enhance staff experience across the Trust. You will plan, deliver and evaluate initiatives, engage directly with staff and translate feedback into practical improvements.

You will coordinate wellbeing campaigns, contribute to leadership programmes and support managers in developing action plans based on staff feedback.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent in Organisational Development, Leadership or related discipline.
• Experience designing, planning and delivering staff engagement, OD, wellbeing or leadership initiatives.
• Knowledge of NHS Staff Survey and People Plan.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering staff engagement, listening events and team interventions.
• Capturing and analysing staff feedback to identify themes and drive actions.
• Coordinating NHS Staff Survey, Pulse Surveys and other listening activity with analysis and action planning.
• Supporting managers to interpret feedback and monitor improvement plans.
• Coordinating wellbeing campaigns, workshops and leadership sessions.
