Job summary

Oldham Council is offering an Organisational Development Apprenticeship within the HR & OD team. The role focuses on providing administrative and project support, coordinating training and events, and assisting with communications and engagement activities.

You will work toward a CIPD-accredited apprenticeship qualification while contributing to workforce development and wellbeing initiatives. This fixed-term apprenticeship (18 months) is based at Spindles Shopping Centre in Oldham, with 36.66

Qualifications

• Good literacy and numeracy skills.
• Ability to use IT systems and Microsoft Office applications effectively.
• Willingness to learn and complete CIPD apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and project support across a range of Organisational Development activities and projects.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, events and meetings, including room bookings, invitations and logistics.
• Support the administration of the Me Learning platform and manage enquiries through the OD mailbox.
• Assist with communications, engagement activities, SharePoint administration and project delivery.
• Support employee wellbeing initiatives, staff networks and organisational change programmes.
