Job summary

White Recruitment Construction in Rotherham is seeking an experienced Ocean & Road Export Coordinator to manage export shipments from booking to final delivery in a fast-paced, customer-focused logistics environment.

You will handle Bills of Lading, CMRs, invoices, and ensure compliance with UK customs and international shipping rules while maximising profitability and providing proactive customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ocean Freight Exports or Freight Forwarding Operations.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and international freight procedures.
• Understanding of UK Customs regulations and export compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate international Ocean and European Road export shipments from start to finish.
• Provide high-quality service to customers and internal teams with proactive communication.
• Prepare export documentation including Bills of Lading, CMRs, invoices and packing lists.
• Monitor shipments and liaise with customers, agents, lines, hauliers and internal departments.
