You will be responsible for:

1. Liaising between customers, suppliers and transport suppliers to ensure efficiencies.
2. Serving the most prestige accounts.
3. Managing all aspects of the ocean import process.
4. CDS customs entries and ensuring correct documentation is on file.
5. Taking control of the delivery arrangement process.
6. Ensure customers are fully up to date with their shipments.
7. Working with the freight operations team to continually improve process and business performance.

Requirements:

1. Imports Freight Forwarding experience.
2. Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.
3. Able to negotiate, network, enthusiastic, manage and develop client relationships.
4. Must have customs clearance experience.
5. A pro-active attitude & flexible to meet the requirements of the business.
