As a Data Import Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that activated customers successfully transition their data into the platform. You will be responsible for importing data from legacy systems, often requiring you to clean up spreadsheets, apply PowerShell scripts, and ensure the data is in a usable format. Accountabilities:
  • Import customer data from legacy systems into key areas of the platform
  • Work closely with customers to understand their data needs and ensure smooth system transitions
  • Clean and organize data, utilizing spreadsheet tools and scripts to ensure the data is usable and consistent
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve data import processes and tools
  • Address customer concerns with patience, professionalism, and clarity to ensure a seamless transition experience
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail while troubleshooting data issues and discrepancies
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a similar data import or data management role
  • Excellent spreadsheet skills, including advanced functions and formulas
  • Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and problem-solving abilities
  • Basic understanding of SQL to query and manipulate data
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, and Google Apps
  • Experience with TeamViewer is a plus
  • Knowledge of PowerShell scripts is an added advantage
