As a Data Import Specialist, you will ensure that activated customers successfully transition their data into the platform. Responsibilities include importing data from legacy systems, cleaning spreadsheets, applying PowerShell scripts, and ensuring data usability. You will work closely with customers to guide them through the process, address concerns, and ensure a confident transition. Your expertise in data handling and problem-solving will help streamline customer experience and support their business operations.
