Ocean Export Team Leader

Location: PSA BDP Dartford, England, United Kingdom

We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Team Leader to join our team in Dartford. This role involves supporting the Department Manager and providing leadership within our ocean export operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to clients and international partners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high operational performance.
• Resolve accounting issues promptly as directed by management.
• Identify potential issues that could impact deadlines and escalate appropriately.
• Build and sustain relationships both internally and externally.
• Participate in task delegation and review with the line manager.
• Respond swiftly to all inquiries and assist in team recruitment and training.
• Work with the manager to improve processes and handle escalations efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
