Job description

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Creative Team Lead to oversee and elevate the performance of our Amazon-focused design team. This individual will manage a team of 6+ graphic designers, guiding the creative vision, ensuring design excellence across all deliverables, and driving efficiency through streamlined workflows and AI-enhanced processes.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, creative strategies, or marketing, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Deep understanding of Amazon design best practices.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Experience using AI tools in the creative process (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A portfolio showcasing Amazon-specific design work and leadership in creative execution.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of 6+ designers, reviewing and signing off all work produced, and managing workflow distribution.
• Providing strong visual and conceptual guidance, ensuring alignment with Amazon best practices across Product Listings, A+ Content, Sponsored Brand Ads, and Brand Stores.
• Managing multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align creative initiatives with overall brand objectives.
• Advocating for and implementing AI tools to enhance creativity, speed workflows, and improve design outcomes.
