WR Logistics in Feltham near Heathrow is seeking an Ocean Export Coordinator to manage shipments end-to-end, handling FCL and LCL, and liaising with customers, shipping lines and overseas agents.

Qualifications

• Previ ous ocean freight export experience is essential with a UK based freight forwarder.
• Good understanding of end-to-end export procedures.
• Experience handling FCL and LCL shipments.

• Confidence managing multiple shipments and deadlines.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Managing ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Handling FCL and LCL movements.
• Preparing and checking export documentation.
• Completing shipping instructions and bills of lading.
• Liaising with customers, shipping lines, hauliers and overseas agents.
• Arranging collections and monitoring shipments.
• Providing customers with regular shipment updates.
• Producing quotations and checking supplier costs.
• Completing invoicing and ensuring files are accurate and profitable.
• Resolving operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintaining accurate records within the freight management system.

An established and growing freight forwarding business is looking for an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to join its team in Feltham, near Heathrow.
