Gloucestershire County Council is recruiting Occupational Therapy Leads to drive leadership across our Adult Social Care Reablement Service. You will support OT staff in community, locality and hospital discharge pathways, enabling independence and outcomes for adults.

The role emphasises professional development, supervision, and a culture of curiosity, with a focus on person-centred, strengths-based practice within the Care Act, MCA and HRA frameworks.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence and willingness to travel across the county.

Responsabilités

• Support Occupational Therapists to work across community-based teams, locality services and hospital discharge pathways.
• Lead the professional development of our Occupational Therapists through supervision, mentoring and advisory input.
• Promote a culture of professional curiosity and accountability in day‑to‑day practice.
