Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an Occupational Therapist for the Regaining Independence Service in Horsham, West Sussex. This ongoing full-time locum role offers hybrid working with up to £37.00 per hour, depending on experience.

You will assess, plan and implement OT interventions to help service users regain independence, while coordinating with care providers and documenting progress throughout the caseload.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy registration and professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy assessments in the homes of service users.
• Set and work towards meaningful goals to maximise independence for customers.
• Deliver specialised Occupational Therapy interventions tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor progress and adapt intervention strategies to ensure positive outcomes.
• Coordinate with reablement care providers for seamless care transitions.
• Document assessments, reports and case details accurately.
