Job summary

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join the First Contact Service Team in Sutton, London. This full-time, ongoing role offers an hourly rate up to £37.85, with a blend of office days and remote work to support flexible delivery of community-based care.

You will screen referrals, conduct person-centred assessments, support Enabling Independence Officers and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence for residents.

• Screen and prioritise complex referrals from the Contact Centre to meet immediate needs.
• Conduct person-centred, strength-based assessments to form effective support plans.
• Provide expert guidance to Enabling Independence Officers and Trusted Assessors for service delivery.
