Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Adviser to deliver a high quality health and wellbeing service across its hospitals and contracted organisations.

The role involves fitness for work assessments, sickness absence management, rehabilitation, immunisation programmes and health surveillance activities, with a focus on improving workforce health and wellbeing for staff and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Registered Nurse or holds Professional Registration and an OH Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as Occupational Health Adviser at Band 5 level or above.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide occupational health assessments, referrals and pre-placement screening.
• Manage sickness absence, rehabilitation, workplace adjustments and immunisation programmes.
• Maintain records and contribute to service development, audits and governance.
