You will manage your own caseload, provide advice on fitness for work, health surveillance, and workplace health promotion, and work across HR, Infection Control and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Occupational Health (degree or diploma).
• Experience in Occupational Health, including management referrals and case management.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and workplace health risks.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Experience in health promotion, audit or service improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of management referrals and advise on fitness to work, rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
• Deliver occupational health screening, immunisations and health surveillance programmes.
• Assess and manage workplace risks including infection control issues.
• Provide professional advice to managers and staff to support attendance and wellbeing.
• Contribute to service development and new ways of working as the service expands.
