Health Partners, a leading UK occupational health provider, is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor in Chelmsford. You will deliver expert OH services, including case management, fitness assessments, health surveillance, and health-promotion initiatives to diverse client workforces.

You’ll write reports for various stakeholders and stay up-to-date with OH legislation and best practices. You will maintain NMC registration and support the team with clinical supervision and development.

Qualifications

• NMC registration and current practice in the UK.
• Proficiency in spirometry, audiometry and general medicals.
• Experience with case management and fitness-for-role assessments.
• Strong health promotion and motivational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Solid organisational and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert, evidence-based case management and guidance on attendance and fitness for work.
• Write professional, comprehensive, evidence-based reports for stakeholders.
• Deliver advice on OH legislation and best practices.
• Conduct health surveillance and fitness medicals per policy.
• Promote health and wellbeing through tailored initiatives and advice.
• Offer vaccination, travel health advice, ergonomic assessments and health education.
