Occupational Health Advisor - Hertfordshire

Our leading in-house client is seeking an Occupational Health Advisor to join their friendly, supportive, multi-disciplinary, award-winning Occupational Health team on a full or part-time, permanent basis, located in Hertfordshire.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full Occupational Health remit, including:
• Case Management (4 cases per day)
• Return to work assessments
• Health Surveillance
• Sickness Absence management
• Fitness for work evaluations

Required Skills

• Nurse with a valid NMC registration
• Occupational Health diploma or degree (preferable)
• Experience as an Occupational Health Nurse/Advisor, including case management
• Management experience
