Job summary

Optima Health is seeking a Customer Service Administrator in Glasgow to support Occupational Health cases via phone, email and chat. You’ll deliver timely updates, guidance and a high-quality customer experience while handling enquiries and coordinating OH services.

Qualifications

• Previous administration experience.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Good IT / PC skills including Microsoft packages.
• Must be happy to undergo security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries through telephone, email and chat helpdesk service lines.
• Provide updates on ongoing OH cases and share relevant information.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments for OH services.
• Aim to resolve customer inquiries and issues during the initial interaction, minimising the need for follow-up contacts.
• Take ownership of customer challenges and follow through to resolution when further action is required.
• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure swift and effective problem-solving.
• Strive to deliver a high-quality experience for each customer, actively listening to their needs.
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and efficiency in each interaction.
