Job summary

Allan Webb Ltd seeks an experienced Obsolescence Manager to lead integrated obsolescence services across defence and industrial programmes. You will work with the Head of Obsolescence Management Capability to ensure compliance and deliver innovative solutions for critical assets.

The role combines technical leadership, project delivery, and client engagement, contributing to DiamondOM® development and representing Allan Webb in industry bodies.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in engineering, supply chain, asset management
• Strong understanding of obsolescence management processes and standards
• Experience delivering OM projects and managing client relationships
• Growth mindset with professional development in obsolescence

Responsibilities

• Lead obsolescence management across AWL projects and programmes
• Develop OM policies aligned with IEC 62402 and MOD guidance
• Drive continuous improvement of DiamondOM® and OM processes
• Engage clients and represent Allan Webb in industry forums
