Job summary

Stanton House is seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Lead to join on an initial 6-month FTC with potential extension. The role is hybrid with London, Nottingham or Liverpool offices and offers a salary of £75,000 to £85,000 per year.

You will drive end-to-end O2C improvements, reduce DSO, enhance reporting and governance, and partner with Finance, Sales and Supply Chain to remove bottlenecks and support wider transformation initiatives. Immediate start is available.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Strong experience leading Order-to-Cash improvement or transformation programmes.
• Proven track record of improving cash collection, working capital or DSO performance.
• Experience within broader finance transformation initiatives.
• Confident stakeholder manager who can influence and challenge across the business.
• Exposure to AI, automation or data-led process improvement would be advantageous.

We're supporting a leading UK organisation undergoing a significant finance transformation and seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Lead to join on an initial 6-month FTC, with potential for extension.

This role will focus on driving improvements across the end-to-end O2C process, reducing DSO, enhancing reporting and governance, and supporting wider operational excellence initiatives across Finance, Sales and Supply Chain.
