Job summary

Wilkinson & Associates is partnering to recruit an Order to Cash Transformation Lead outside Glasgow. You will own the design and delivery of O2C initiatives, including target operating model development, process standardisation, and working capital improvement as part of a broader ERP rollout.

Hybrid working arrangement with a 2-year FTC. You will lead the O2C workstream, ensuring risks, issues and interdependencies are managed, and drive standardised processes across sites.

Qualifications

• Own the design of the target operating model for Order to Cash processes.
• Shape standardised O2C processes and the future operating model.
• Experience in ERP rollout and embedding consistent O2C processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the O2C workstream from design to execution.
• Define the process taxonomy and supporting tools.
• Manage governance, risks, issues and interdependencies across the program.
• Deliver working capital improvements and KPI standards.
• Coordinate change management and communications across projects.
