Job summary

Five Rivers is seeking an EYFS Teacher for Willow View, a specialist educational setting centred on relationships, wellbeing and personalised learning. You will deliver engaging, differentiated lessons and support children's holistic development within a nurturing environment.

Duty hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with a starting salary from £30,198 per annum, negotiable based on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status required.
• Experience teaching within the EYFS curriculum.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to build positive and supportive relationships with children and families.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Experience working with children with additional needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS.
• Create a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Support children's academic, social, and emotional goals.
• Develop relationships with pupils, families, and professionals.
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress to inform future learning.
• Contribute to individual learning plans and educational reviews.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
