Job summary

Five Rivers Child Care Ltd in Warrington is seeking an EYFS Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging classroom within Willow View, focusing on the whole child and inclusive learning.

You will deliver differentiated lessons, build strong relationships with families, and support children’s academic, social, and emotional growth, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and safeguarding responsibilities. This role is full-time, with a negotiable starting salary based on qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS experience.
  • Experience teaching within EYFS.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
  • Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Support children to achieve their individual educational, social, and emotional goals.
  • Develop effective relationships with pupils, families, and professionals.
  • Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to inform future learning.
  • Contribute to individual learning plans and educational reviews.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.
  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through a nurturing approach.

What You'll Be Doing

As an EYFS Teacher, you will:

Hours

Full Time

Monday to Friday

8:30am – 4:30pm

Starting salary from £30,198 per annum (negotiable depending on qualifications and experience).

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within EYFS
  • A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to build positive and supportive relationships with children and families
  • A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Experience working with children who have additional needs or who require specialist support would be advantageous.
