Five Rivers Child Care in Warrington is seeking a committed Maths Teacher to support children aged 6–18 in a trauma-informed setting. You will deliver bespoke therapeutic and educational frameworks, with teaching possibly in school or in the community for pupils who cannot attend on-site education.
The role offers ongoing professional training, development planning, and opportunities to grow within a therapeutically informed organisation.
We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join our dedicated team at Willow Haven, Warrington. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people by supporting their learning within a nurturing, trauma‑informed educational environment. We welcome teachers with a broad range of skills who can confidently support young people across the 6–18 age range.
As a Teacher at Five Rivers Child Care, you will experience a varied and rewarding working day. You’ll follow a flexible teaching structure, delivering bespoke therapeutic and educational frameworks tailored to each child and young person. Teaching may take place in our school environment or out in the community for pupils unable to attend on‑site education. You will be working within our Trauma‑Informed Practice model, supporting the delivery of therapeutic education. Our schools are proud holders of the Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Gold Award. Many of the young people we support have experienced multiple changes in their lives, which can contribute to trauma. We therefore look for committed, consistent professionals who want to make a long‑term impact within a therapeutically informed organisation and an Ofsted‑registered alternative education provision. Our leadership team invests deeply in staff development. You will benefit from regular professional training, personalised development planning, and opportunities to grow your career in education.
Our Warrington provision offers a small, nurturing, and unique education setting. We provide a range of academic, vocational, and physical learning opportunities that support the holistic development of our children aged 6–18. We pride ourselves on creating a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment where children can regain confidence, achieve academic success, and build positive relationships.
