Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a Nurture Teacher in a dedicated SEND school. This full-time, permanent role supports pupils with autism, SEMH, ADHD, and complex learning needs, providing personalised learning in a safe, nurturing environment.

The ideal candidate will hold QTS/QTLS, have SEND experience, and bring a trauma-informed, patient approach with strong behaviour management. You will collaborate with staff to track progress and promote positive outcomes for vulnerable learners.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience in SEND, Alternative Provision or with additional needs.
• Nurturing, trauma-informed teaching approach.

We are currently working with a highly supportive SEND school seeking a dedicated Nurture Teacher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to support pupils who require a personalised approach to learning, helping them develop socially, emotionally, and academically within a safe and nurturing environment.

The successful candidate will play a key role in creating positive learning experiences for pupils with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs.

The Role

As a Nurture Teacher, you will:

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes emotional wellbeing.
• Develop positive relationships with pupils, families, and multidisciplinary professionals.
