Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) for an hourly remote contract. You will evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety, ensuring alignment with nursing workflows and health IT concepts.

• RN or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in nursing informatics or health IT.
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and health data standards.
• Able to critically evaluate information and communicate findings clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

About The Role

What You'll Do

Who You Are

• Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent clinical background with hands‑on experience in nursing informatics or health IT
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and health data standards
• Able to critically evaluate information and communicate findings clearly in writing
• Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or AI feedback workflows
• Background in clinical data analysis or quality improvement
• Familiarity with interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
• Experience in nursing education, policy, or system implementation
