Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) for an hourly remote contract. You will evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy and safety, ensuring alignment with nursing workflows and health IT concepts.

You will review how AI represents EHR processes and documentation standards, identify gaps, and provide structured feedback to improve system performance. Applicants should be RN-qualified with informatics experience, familiar with Epic or Cerner, and capable of

Qualifications

• RN or equivalent clinical background with hands-on experience in nursing informatics or health IT.
• Familiar with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation workflows and health data standards.
• Able to critically evaluate information and communicate findings clearly in writing.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated clinical content for accuracy, safety, and alignment with real-world nursing workflows.
• Review and assess how AI systems represent EHR processes, documentation standards, and health informatics concepts.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unrealistic outputs in AI responses related to clinical data and health IT.
• Provide structured, expert feedback to help AI systems better reflect nursing practice and informatics best practices.
• Translate complex clinical and informatics knowledge into clear, actionable evaluations.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
