Alignerr is seeking experienced Clinical Systems Analysts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on healthcare content. Your deep knowledge of EHRs, hospital IT environments, and clinical workflows will shape how AI understands and reasons about complex medical scenarios.

This is a remote freelance role with flexible hours, offering 10–40 hours per week. You will review AI outputs, provide actionable feedback, and apply your clinical IT expertise to improve model accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting or optimizing healthcare IT systems such as EHRs.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and system analysis skills.
• Ability to assess clinical and operational accuracy with a critical eye.
• Clear written communication and ability to explain complex issues in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to clinical systems, healthcare IT workflows, and technical troubleshooting scenarios.
• Assess the accuracy, completeness, and clinical relevance of AI outputs using structured evaluation frameworks.
• Apply knowledge of EHRs, hospital infrastructure, and clinical operations to identify errors, gaps, or unsafe recommendations.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback that helps AI models better understand healthcare environments.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR

• Prior exposure to AI tools or large language model (LLM) evaluation
