Alignerr is seeking a Hospital Health Data Governance Lead (AI Training) to shape governance for healthcare data used in AI systems. This remote hourly contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 per week) and works across clinical, IT, compliance, and admin teams to ensure accuracy, privacy, and readiness of data for AI training.

We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to help ensure that hospital data is accurate, trusted, compliant, and ready to support the next generation of healthcare AI systems. This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. You'll bring your deep knowledge of healthcare data, regulatory frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration to work that sits at the intersection of patient care, compliance, and cutting-edge AI development.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or healthcare data review workflows
• Background in health information management, clinical informatics, or healthcare compliance
• Familiarity with AI training datasets or model evaluation processes
