Alignerr is seeking a Nursing Informatics Specialist (AI Training) to apply real-world nursing expertise to ensure healthcare AI models reflect authentic clinical workflows and documentation. The role is remote, offering flexible hours between 10 and 40 per week, and involves evaluating AI-generated clinical content and documentation for accuracy.

You will translate frontline nursing knowledge into concrete feedback to improve AI model quality, with emphasis on EHR standards and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with informatics or health IT experience.
• Hands-on familiarity with EHR systems and clinical documentation workflows.
• Strong written communication and ability to convey findings clearly.

Responsabilités

• Review and evaluate AI-generated clinical content and workflows for accuracy and real-world applicability.
• Identify gaps, errors, or unsafe assumptions in AI representations of nursing practice and EHR systems.
• Translate frontline nursing knowledge into structured feedback to improve AI model quality.
• Assess clinical data scenarios and flag inaccuracies in AI interpretation of health information.
• Provide expert insight on EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and clinical documentation standards.
• Work independently and asynchronously on task-based assignments.
