Job summary

Rota Support Ltd is recruiting a Registered Manager for a long-established family-run care home near Sudbury, Suffolk. You will lead a team of Registered Nurses and care staff, ensuring high-quality clinical care, governance and compliance with regulatory standards.

The role focuses on safeguarding residents, risk management, occupancy, staffing and maintaining strong relationships with families and external bodies.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Leadership in Health & Social Care certification is essential.
• A valid NMC registration (RGN) is required.
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and inspection frameworks.
• Proven experience managing nursing care services.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership to deliver outstanding nursing care.
