Job summary

Leaders in Care is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to oversee a nursing home’s day-to-day operations and ensure the highest standards of care for residents. The role offers a salary of £65,000 and the opportunity to take the position on permanently.

As Registered Manager, you will lead the care home, manage staff recruitment and development, implement and monitor personalised care plans, and oversee budgets to optimise service delivery. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a Nursing Home or similar setting.
• Nurse qualification is desirable but NOT essential.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen to manage budgets.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving residents' quality of life.

• Lead and manage the care home, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
• Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a high-performing team.
