The candidate will oversee clinical and non-clinical teams, drive occupancy, manage budgets, and promote a culture of dignity and person-centred care. NMC-registered nurses with extensive leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Nursing Home Manager or senior care home leader.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with budget and occupancy experience.
