Qualifications

• Previous experience as Nursing Home Manager, Care Home Manager or Registered Manager within a nursing home.
• Experience managing a nursing or residential care home.
• Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Budgets, occupancy and quality standards management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Provide inspirational leadership as the Nursing Home Manager.

The Role – Nursing Home Manager

As theNursing Home Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the operational, financial and clinical performance of thecare home.
