The Role

As Nursing Home Manager, you’ll take the lead on the overall running of the home, ensuring exceptional care standards, strong clinical governance and full regulatory compliance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring the team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
• Driving quality improvement and maintaining CQC compliance.
